These terms govern the contracting of assistance services offered by CAPMUNDI S.L. (Tax ID B70630033) under the trading name Vía NIE: remote NIE processing and in-Spain NIE processing.
NIE remotely (250 € + IGIC, all-inclusive): preparation of the application, management of the power of attorney notarised online, booking and attendance at the Policía Nacional appointment on the client's behalf, and delivery of the NIE certificate by email.
NIE in Spain (150 € + IGIC, all-inclusive): preparation of the paperwork, booking of the appointment with the Policía Nacional, and detailed instructions so the client can attend in person.
The prices shown include the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC) at the applicable rate. Payment is made when confirming the application, before the service begins. No additional charges apply beyond those expressly stated in the contracted offer.
The average estimated processing time is 3 to 6 weeks from the notarisation of the power of attorney (remote path) or from the booking of the appointment (in-Spain path). These timeframes are indicative and depend on Policía Nacional availability, which is beyond CAPMUNDI S.L.'s control.
The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information, and to deliver the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe, so as not to delay processing.
The client may request cancellation of the service before processing of the application begins, with a full refund. Once processing has begun (power of attorney managed or appointment booked), a refund of costs already incurred with third parties (notary, official fees) is not guaranteed.
CAPMUNDI S.L. commits to managing the application with due diligence, but the final decision to grant the NIE rests solely with the Dirección General de la Policía. Approval of the application is not guaranteed if it does not meet the legal requirements.
